GX1000/Mark McCloud 5/8/2020 2 PM EST Mark McCloud’s collection, dubbed “The Institute of Illegal Images” is the most comprehensive collection of decorated LSD blotter paper in the world. The collection of over 33,000 tabs of LSD has been targeted by the FBI and DEA with 2 criminal trials lasting longer than a decade. McCloud was forced to defend the collection as well as his own liberty.
